Micro Note is a free note tool that runs in your browser. It is operated by Highpoint Labs, LLC. By using it, you agree to these terms.
Provided as is
Micro Note is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Your notes and backups
Notes are stored only in your browser's local storage. We never receive them and cannot recover them. Notes can be lost if you clear your browser data, use a private window, switch browsers or devices, or if your browser removes stored data. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of anything important.
Acceptable use
Do not use Micro Note for anything unlawful, and do not try to disrupt, overload or attack the site or the people who use it.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Highpoint Labs, LLC is not liable for any lost notes or data, or for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of Micro Note.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time by posting a new version on this page. Continuing to use Micro Note after a change means you accept the updated terms.
